Labor Day 2016

A PROCLAMATION

The strongest middle class the world has ever known was not built overnight.

  Nor was it destroyed overnight

It was achieved by men and women who believed that living up to the promise of this Nation meant more than hoping for the best  

it meant toiling in the day, working through the night, and proving that theirs was a future worth fighting for.

Labor Day 2016 and we have nearly 95 million adult Americans out of the labor force. Thank you Obama!

On Labor Day, we celebrate the grit and resilience of America's workers and their families, and we recommit to reaching for a world in which they are afforded the rights and opportunities they deserve. 

 

There’s more to  Barry’s 2016 Labor Day Proclamation butt it’s all about him so read it only if you’re in the mood for a bologna sandwich.

-My bologna has a first name, it’s B-A-R-R-Y!

I would recommend instead you go to the lake for a picnic to celebrate Summer’s last holiday.

Just be sure to pack your own lunch. Otherwise all you’ll get is a bologna sandwich.
