Just when you thought restaurants couldn’t get more pretentious, along comes Vespertine, a “place of shadows and whispers.”
A restaurant poised to disrupt the space-time continuum, a self-described “spirit between two worlds,” Vespertine is, according to its website, “from a time that is yet to be.”
Sounds like Obama.
Vespertine “has its own gravity” and even it’s own musical score which, according to the the Chef, Jordan Kahn, “might be the most important part of the whole experience….” When music is the most important part of a restaurant’s “experience” you’ve failed. Again, just like Obama.
