And so it begins…
Ice ice baby
Too cold
Ice ice baby
Too cold too cold
Ice ice baby
Too cold too cold
Ice ice baby
Too cold too cold
Or if you prefer, here’s the Game of Thrones cast singing Vanilla Ice’s biggest hit:
Either way you have a prima facie case of melatonin challenged actors using white privilege to culturally appropriate black rap music.
But while Ice Ice Baby was the subject of a landmark music copyright suit, oddly enough the suit was brought by two other white artists, Freddie Mercury and David Bowie. Since it was an obvious rip off of their song (Under Pressure) the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum and their inclusion of songwriting credits on the track. Once again, white privilege; once again the black man gets screwed. Or something.
Anyway, the ICE raids commence today, as promised. More cultural appropriation and deportation. It’s just not right, or something.
What passes for rational argument these days: How dare they? These illegals have as much right to be here as you do!
Meanwhile, since we are speaking of ICE and white privilege…
